The Self-Concept Shift That Changes Everything: How I Made My First 100K Month
We often look at business success through the lens of strategy — launch timelines, pricing structures, marketing plans, social media presence. But there’s a deeper current running beneath all of it, one that most people don’t realize is determining the outcome of every action they take. That current is your self-concept — the somatic and subconscious sense of who you believe yourself to be. And whether you realize it or not, that self-concept either invites abundance into your life or quietly resists it. If you want to change your results, you have to change the internal identity that is generating them.
The truth is, your strategy will never outperform your nervous system. It doesn’t matter how refined your content is or how beautiful your offers are — if your body doesn’t feel safe to receive, it won’t. That’s why the work I do isn’t just about branding or business. It’s about somatic identity alchemy: releasing what’s not you, reclaiming what is, and allowing your nervous system to expand its capacity to hold the success you say you want. Because until your self-concept catches up with your vision, you’ll keep sabotaging the very thing you’re working toward.
Let me show you how this has played out in my own business. From struggling to find clients to 5-figure launches to my first 100k month, the external success was always the result of an internal shift. And the deeper I anchored into my body, into my truth, and into my own energetic blueprint — the more easefully it came.

What do I currently believe is “true” about money, success, and myself — and where did I learn this? How does this belief feel in my body when I imagine exceeding it?
The Self-Concept That Kept Me Stuck: “It’s Hard to Make Money Doing What I Love”
When I began my coaching business, I was filled with purpose and excitement. I had a deep desire to help others transform, and I was ready to share what I had learned through my own journey. But no matter how passionate I was or how much effort I poured into my offers, it felt like I was constantly pushing uphill. I booked a few clients here and there. I sold a few spots in masterclasses. But it never felt sustainable, and I started to internalize a narrative: It must be hard to make money doing work that feels good.
Without realizing it, this belief started to shape my reality. I tried to fix the problem externally — by hiring coaches, enrolling in marketing programs, and trying to mimic the strategies that worked for others. But nothing landed. Nothing stuck. And the more I tried to “solve” it from the outside, the more disconnected I felt from my inner truth. My nervous system was tight. My energy was leaking. I was subtly performing the version of myself I thought I had to be — instead of anchoring into the one I already was. And so the belief that “it’s hard to make money doing what I love” remained true. Because I hadn’t yet shifted the self who was trying to make it.

Where in my life or business do I feel like I’m pushing uphill — and what identity or belief might be quietly reinforcing this struggle?
The Alchemical Moment: Purpose + Somatics + Trust
Everything changed the day I sat in a cacao ceremony. My body softened, my mind quieted, and something cracked open inside of me. For the first time in a long time, I felt fully safe in my body. My nervous system dropped into regulation, and that’s when the truth came through — not as a thought, but as a deep, embodied knowing. The clarity wasn’t intellectual. It was energetic. And that clarity said: It is easy to make money doing what you love. You just have to do it your way.
I saw so clearly that the version of me who had been trying to “get it right” was never meant to lead this business. I am a Manifestor, and my design thrives on creative urges, unique visions, and trailblazing authenticity. That day, I realized that the only strategy I ever needed was the one that came from my own inner voice. I downloaded the curriculum for my program unBECOMING right there in the ceremony — a course that blended everything I believed in: the Gene Keys, Human Design, shadow alchemy, identity work, and somatic healing. I followed the urge. I trusted it. I created and launched it from a place of total embodiment. And just a few weeks later, that course brought in 70k.
That wasn’t strategy. That was alignment. That was identity alchemy. That was what happens when your body says yes to the future you desire — and you let her lead.

When have I felt most embodied, open, and connected to my inner truth — and what decisions or creations emerged from that state?
The Invisible Ceiling: I Didn't Even Consider Making More Than 5-Figures
After that launch, I settled into a new rhythm. I was making consistent 5-figure months, and it felt stable and safe. But over time, I began to notice something strange. Even though I was no longer struggling, I had stopped dreaming bigger. I wasn’t actively limiting myself — but there was an invisible ceiling I didn’t even realize I had installed. I wasn’t expanding because I had unconsciously decided that this was my new normal — and I didn’t question it.
Then one day, I saw a woman in my online space — someone close to me, someone I could relate to — announce that she had just had a 100k month. And something in me snapped open. Not from a place of comparison or jealousy. But from possibility. I felt it in my body: If she can do it, I can do it. And for the first time, the idea of making that kind of money didn’t feel outrageous or unrealistic. It felt true.
That’s the moment my self-concept shifted — again. And this time, it wasn’t a slow unfolding. It was a declaration. I told my audience that the next month would be a 100k month, not from ego or performance, but because I could feel the alignment in my body. I launched several offers that month — including digital blueprints and a Gene Keys course — all rooted in the same somatic, identity-first lens I teach and coach on today. And I made 100k.
Not because I forced it. But because I became the woman who could receive and hold it. I believed it was possible. And that belief — anchored in my nervous system — made it real.

What level of success currently feels “normal” or safe for me — and what emotions arise when I imagine going beyond it?
Self-Concept is Not a Mindset — It’s a Somatic Truth
This is what most people get wrong. They think that changing your self-concept is about repeating affirmations or reciting mantras. But you can’t out-think a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe. You can’t override the body’s wisdom with logic. True identity work doesn’t happen in your thoughts. It happens in your cells. It lives in your postures, your breath, your emotional range, your energetic field.
Your nervous system is the gatekeeper of your next level. If you’re holding on to beliefs like “I’m not good enough,” “I have to work hard to earn money,” or “It’s not safe to be seen,” then your body will continue to contract every time you try to expand. That contraction will show up as procrastination, self-doubt, perfectionism, underpricing, or chronic overgiving. Not because you’re lazy or broken — but because your self-concept is still wired for survival, not expansion.
The only way to shift this is through safety and awareness. You have to create space in your body for a new identity to land. One that says: I am safe to be seen. I am worthy of wealth. My authenticity is my magnetism. And from that place, your actions change. Your offers evolve. Your clients respond. And the results speak for themselves.
Journal Prompt:
How does my body respond when I think about being more visible, more prosperous, or more expressed — and what might it be trying to protect me from?
Let Your Self-Concept Catch Up with Your Vision
Everything you desire already exists. But your ability to receive it depends on the version of you who’s running the show. Are you leading your business from fear, comparison, and contraction? Or are you creating from alignment, embodiment, and truth?
The difference isn’t just energetic. It’s practical. When your self-concept shifts, your behavior shifts. You show up differently. You market with more ease. You make bolder decisions. You become a match for the abundance that’s already trying to find you. And the best part? You don’t have to wait until you’re “healed” or “ready.” You just have to be honest about who you’ve been — and intentional about who you’re becoming.
Journal Prompt:
If my nervous system fully trusted my vision, what would I allow myself to do, say, or create differently starting now?
